Terms and Conditions

This Coaching Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Elevar Career Coaching, hereinafter referred to as the "Coach," and [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Client," collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Program Overview

Elevar Migrant Success ("Program") is an 8-week group program designed to provide career coaching services to the Client.

The Program includes the following components:

Week 1

Job Search Clarity and Strategy

This week focuses on assessing the Client’s strengths, personality, and goals to develop a personalised job search strategy. The outcome will be a clear, tailored plan for job search and career alignment.

Week 2-3

Resume and Cover Letter Development

These two weeks are dedicated to creating and refining the Client’s resume and cover letter, designed to effectively highlight their achievements and skills.

Week 4

LinkedIn Profile Optimisation

The Client’s LinkedIn profile will be optimised to attract the attention of hiring managers and recruiters, increasing visibility and engagement.

Week 5

Job Application and Networking Strategies

This week covers strategies for applying to job openings and connecting with hiring managers and recruiters. The Client will receive tools and templates for efficient job searching.

Week 6

Building Professional Relationships

Focus on establishing and nurturing professional relationships to generate referrals and leverage existing networks for job opportunities.

Week 7

Interview Coaching and Preparation

The Client will receive targeted coaching to prepare for interviews, including techniques for answering behavioral questions and mastering interview dynamics.

Week 8

Negotiation and Offer Strategy

The final week focuses on negotiation tactics and strategies to secure a competitive salary offer. The Client will learn to effectively negotiate their job offer.

Job Support Guarantee

If the Client does not receive a job offer within 90 days of completing the program, additional support will be provided through group coaching calls and the private community group.

Coaching Sessions & Inclusions

The Client will have access to 3 x 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls with the lead Coach - Pan Perera. This will be scheduled in the 1st week. Here’s how you can use these calls:

During the 8-Week Course:

You can schedule the 3 calls at any time during the 8-week coaching period.

After the Course:

If you prefer, you can combine the 3 calls into a single 90-minute session, or use them separately, within 4 weeks after the 8-week course ends.

- Resume, Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Optimisation are included. 2 x Revisions for each document will be offered by the coach. Further revisions are accessible through coaching sessions.

- 8 x Weekly Group Coaching Sessions will be scheduled at the availability of the coach (AEST times). Recorded sessions will be provided for those who cannot attend.

- 1 x 60-minute 1:1 Interview Coaching Session + 30-minute Mock-up Interview.

Payments

Payment will be made in accordance with the selected coaching plan. The Client can arrange full upfront payment or instalments. Details of the coaching plan will be provided upon enrolment.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cooling-Off Period:

• The Cooling-Off Period is defined as the period between the signing of this Agreement or making the first payment and the commencement of the first coaching session.

• Clients may request a full refund within the Cooling-Off Period if they decide to cancel for any reason. Requests for a refund must be made in writing and received before the commencement of the first coaching session.

• If a client decides to cancel after the Cooling-Off Period has expired, they will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Dissatisfaction with Service:

If the Client is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify Elevar Career Coaching in writing within 14 days of program's commencement date. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to address the concerns. If the issue remains unresolved, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the services already rendered.

Program Cancellation by Client

• If the Client wishes to cancel the program after the 14-day cooling-off period, they are liable for the full program fee. Refunds will not be issued once the program has commenced unless specified under the dissatisfaction clause.

• If Elevar Career Coaching is unable to deliver the agreed coaching services within the 8-week period, a full refund will be issued.

Program Cancellation by Elevar Career Coaching

Elevar Career Coaching reserves the right to cancel the coaching agreement if the Client fails to meet their payment obligations, engages in unreasonable behavior, or breaches any terms of this Agreement. In such cases, Elevar Career Coaching will provide written notice of cancellation. Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is due to the Client’s failure to comply with the Agreement. Any payments made prior to cancellation will not be refunded.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The processing time for refunds is typically within 7 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

All refund requests and cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to Elevar Career Coaching at hello@elevardigital.com. Ensure to include your full name, contact details, and the reason for the refund request.

Client Responsibilities

Commitment

Clients must work 5-7 hours weekly on recommended strategies and apply all tactics consistently, providing evidence of commitment to be eligible for the Job Support Guarantee.

Session Rescheduling

Rescheduling of 1:1 coaching sessions must be notified 72 hours in advance. One rescheduled call per month is allowed; additional cancellations will result in forfeiture.

Job Support Guarantee

If a client commits to the recommended 5-7 weekly hours, prepares as advised, and applies all strategies consistently but does not land a job offer within 90 days of program completion, additional support will be provided through group coaching calls and the private community group.

General Conditions

Confidentiality

All client information and materials shared during coaching are confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent.

Use of Materials:

Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.

Clients agree to comply with all materials provided, which are confidential and proprietary to Elevar Career Coaching.

This Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Elevar Career Coaching website and enrolling in our coaching programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.
