The program is designed to be manageable alongside other commitments. You’ll need to set aside about 5-7 hours per week for the group sessions, and implementing the strategies we discuss. Your success depends on consistent effort.

The one-on-one sessions are directly with Pan which will focus on your specific challenges and goals, while the group sessions provide additional insights and strategies that benefit everyone. You’ll receive a personalised job search strategy that’s tailored to your unique situation, personality and goals, ensuring that you’re set up for success.

What if I can’t join a call?

Don’t worry—if you can’t join a live call, everything will be recorded, and you’ll have unlimited access to all the materials forever. This way, you can catch up at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need it.

How many other people are in a group?

Our groups are intentionally capped at 8-10 people to ensure you receive personalised feedback, even within the group sessions. This limited size is part of why we have a qualification process—only a select number of participants can join each cohort, allowing us to maintain the quality and individual attention that make this program so effective.‍

Absolutely. If you’ve already started your visa process with a migration consultant, getting a head start on your job search is crucial. Our program will prepare you for the Australian job market, including workplace culture, slang, interview dynamics, and communication styles—essential elements to master before you begin applying for jobs. This way, you’ll hit the ground running once you arrive.

Our recommendation is to join the program about three months before you graduate, so you’re fully prepared with the right profiles, strategies, and mindset to land a job as soon as you finish. If you have a few years left in your studies, it’s best to wait until you’re closer to graduation to get the most out of the program.
