You’ve built years of experience. But if the Australian market still sees you below your level and tells you that you need “local experience”, another application may not be the answer.
In this guided training, you’ll identify what is really restricting your next career move, whether it’s Positioning, Visibility or Execution, uncover the pattern that may be reinforcing it, and leave with a clearer next step.
You may have delivered complex projects, managed stakeholders, and carried commercial responsibility. And yet, in Australia you still hear:
After enough rejection or silence, it is completely understandable to start questioning your strategy. You may widen the roles you apply for.
You may start presenting yourself more cautiously.

Recognise the beliefs and survival decisions that may be keeping you playing smaller than your experience.
See exactly where your career is getting stuck — Positioning, Visibility or Execution
Translate what you’ve already done into business value the market can recognise, trust and remember.
Understand how recruiters and decision-makers find you for the right opportunities, so you can stop waiting to be noticed and start creating conversations at your level.
This is a guided career diagnostic, not a collection of videos to binge and forget.
You’ll move through short lessons covering the mindset and patterns shaping your career decisions, followed by the practical work around Positioning, Visibility and Execution.
I want you to watch the lessons in order, because each one builds on the last.
And as you go, work through the exercises with me in the workbook rather than simply watching and moving on.
The training is designed to be actionable as you progress, so by the end, you should be able to see what has been keeping you stuck, where your biggest constraint is, and what you need to do differently next.
This training is designed for experienced migrant professionals in Australia who know they have more to offer, but feel their experience is not being fully recognised by the market.
It will be especially useful if you:
You’ll start by looking beneath the job search itself — the beliefs, advice and survival decisions that may have influenced how you’ve been approaching your career.
From there, you’ll identify the career path you’ve been operating from, diagnose your Positioning, Visibility and Execution, explore how to translate your experience into value the Australian market can recognise, and see how recruiters and decision-makers can discover you beyond simply applying for advertised roles.
You’ll finish by choosing the career authority you want to practise and one meaningful action to take within the next 48 hours.
Yes — I strongly recommend it.
Each lesson is designed to build on the one before it.
We start with the patterns underneath your career decisions before moving into strategy, because changing your LinkedIn or sending different applications without understanding what is driving those decisions can easily lead you back into the same cycle.
Following the sequence helps you connect the emotional layer- how you’ve been responding to uncertainty, rejection or pressure with the practical layer of how you position yourself, become visible and take action.
The intention is that you don’t just leave with a list of tactics. You leave seeing your career differently, and with more clarity about the level you are ready to claim.
The training is intentionally short and focused. You don’t need to block out an entire day or sit through hours of content.
But I do recommend giving yourself enough space to pause, reflect and complete the workbook exercises as you go.
Some of the most useful moments may come from stopping a video for a few minutes and writing an honest answer rather than immediately moving to the next lesson.
So don’t measure the value by how quickly you finish it.
The goal is to complete it while the insights are fresh, ideally within a short window, and come away with something much more useful than another course you watched: a clearer understanding of yourself, your career bottleneck and your next move.
That is exactly why this can be useful. A profile can look polished and still fail to communicate your real level, value or direction. The training helps you look beyond surface optimisation and identify what may actually be limiting your next move.
The worksheets help you turn each lesson into something personal and practical.
As you move through the training, you’ll use them to reflect on your career patterns, diagnose your Positioning, Visibility and Execution, translate your experience into clearer value, and identify the action you want to take next.
You can complete them digitally, write your answers in a notebook, or print them if you prefer working on paper.
If the training helps you recognise that your challenge needs deeper strategy, accountability or implementation support, you will have the option to apply for a Reclaim Fit Conversation.
You do not need to finish every lesson before applying if you already have enough clarity to know you want deeper support.
